What we collect

We collect the minimum data needed to run the service: your email address for authentication, the content you send us via email (text, photos, attachments), and basic usage data (when you log in, how many spaces you have). We use cookies only for authentication sessions.

How we use your data

Your emails are processed to create posts in your spaces. Attachments are stored securely. If you enable AI enhancement, your post content is sent to our AI provider (Anthropic) to generate titles, summaries, and tags. We send digest emails to readers you explicitly invite.

What we never do

  • Sell your data to anyone, ever
  • Show ads or use your content for advertising
  • Share your content with anyone you haven't invited
  • Track you across the web
  • Use analytics tools that profile your behavior

Your content is yours

You can export all your data at any time from your dashboard (Settings → Export). If you delete your account, we delete all your content, attachments, and personal data within 30 days.

Reader privacy

Readers you invite don't need to create an account. We store their email addresses solely for delivering digests. They can unsubscribe at any time with one click. Reader pages are marked noindex, nofollow so search engines cannot discover them.

Where your data lives

Content is stored in a PostgreSQL database hosted on Neon (US-West). File attachments are stored on Cloudflare R2 (Eastern North America). Emails are processed by Postmark. The application is hosted on Vercel.
