What Poststead is

Poststead is a private publishing service. You send us emails, we format them into posts and deliver them as digests to people you invite. That's the deal.

Your account

You need a valid email address to create an account. You're responsible for the content you publish and the people you invite. Don't use Poststead to send spam, harass people, or distribute illegal content.

Pricing and payment

Poststead costs $8/month or $72/year. You get a 30-day free trial with no credit card required. After the trial, you need to subscribe to continue using the service. Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy.

Cancellation

You can cancel anytime from your dashboard. When you cancel, you keep access through the end of your billing period. We don't do refunds for partial months, but we won't charge you again. No lock-in, no tricks.

Your content

Your content is yours. We don't claim any ownership over what you publish. You grant us a license to store, process, format, and deliver your content as part of providing the service. You can export all your data at any time.

Service limits

• 3 spaces per account
• 30 invited readers per space
• 10MB per file attachment, 25MB per email
• 60 emails per hour (rate limit)

Availability

We do our best to keep Poststead running and reliable, but we can't guarantee 100% uptime. We're a small team building a product we care about.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If we make significant changes, we'll email you. Continued use after changes means you accept the new terms.
